All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Paper Desk Supply. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You will be billed as Paper Desk Supply on your bank statement. All purchases are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, free trials, or recurring/automatic billing of any kind.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). We do not currently ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses or internationally. Free standard shipping is included on every eligible order, with no minimum order amount and no weight-based restriction; Express Shipping is available for an additional fee shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are in addition to order processing time and are longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories than for the contiguous United States; see our Shipping Policy for current estimates. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is confirmed lost in transit, damaged, or undelivered, Paper Desk Supply will file a claim with the carrier and, as a courtesy, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Opened and unopened physical products are eligible for return, subject to stated conditions. As we sell physical products only, no digital-product return terms apply.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
