Free Shipping arrives in 5-7 business days to the contiguous 48 states (10-14 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories); this is in addition to our 1-2 business day order processing time. Express shipping is also available for $9.73 if you need your supplies faster.

Opened and unopened physical products are eligible for return within 30 days, subject to our return policy conditions. Once we issue a Return Authorization number, you have 14 days to ship the item back. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return, plus an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We sell physical products only; we do not offer digital products or downloads.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), though delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories takes longer than the contiguous states.
